Color PVB film

Product introduction

PVB interlayer film is a polymer material made from polymer

material and plasticizer through plasticization, formed by

pressuring with other additives. PVB film is translucent film,

it can sticky the inorganic glass good, and the characteristic

is transparent, high mechanical strength, heat resistant,

moisture-proof, it’s the best adhesive material to produce the

glass with interlayer film.

1. Safety: can absorb the external impact, strengthen the

capacity of glass about resisting the impact, once the glass was

impacted and damaged, glass fragments will still be adhesion on

the film, it will avoid the falling of glass fragments to

prevent harm to human body.

2. Integrated structure: HuaKai PVB is very tough, once the

glass was impacted and damaged, glass fragments will still be

adhesion on the film and keep the integrated structure and

can’t be penetrated.

3. Sound Insulation: The PVB interlayer film can reduce the

penetrate power of noise and has good sound insulation effect,

so the sound insulation effect of laminated glass is better than

common glass.

4.Thermal Insulation: The laminated glass can filter a lot of

infrared to reduce the heat indoor which is made by PVB

interlayer film.

5.Ultraviolet Resistance: Our PVB interlayer film add UV

radiation dose with good quality, can effectively resist 99% UV.
