PVB interlayer film is a polymer material made from polymer material and plasticizer through plasticization, formed by pressuring with other additives. PVB film is translucent film,it can sticky the inorganic glass good, and the characteristic is transparent, high mechanical strength, heat resistant,moisture-proof, it’s the best adhesive material to produce the glass with interlayer film.

1. Safety: can absorb the external impact, strengthen the capacity of glass about resisting the impact, once the glass was impacted and damaged, glass fragments will still be adhesion on the film, it will avoid the falling of glass fragments to prevent harm to human body.

2. Integrated structure: HuaKai PVB is very tough, once the glass was impacted and damaged, glass fragments will still be adhesion on the film and keep the integrated structure and can’t be penetrated.
