Hua Kai enterprise, in order to expand the development, on September  23th, 2016, with a PVB film factory in Zhejiang, consultation with the  acquisition of shares. After long time consultation by two sides, the  acquisition of matters were agreed. On September 28th, 2016, formally  signed acquisition agreement. After the completion of the acquisition,  Huakai owns 100% stock rights.

Hua Kai enterprise's products have been located in the high-end market  in the PVB industry, with the rapid development of construction,  automotive and photovoltaic industry, a large increase in the demand  for PVB films, however, the PVB market competition is not only price  competition but also quality competition, so the whole PVB market's quality requirements are also getting higher and higher.

The chairman of Hua Kai enterprise, said that the reason why  acquired other factory, is the prospect of PVB film is very good.

After acquisition, the original management will not change, and at the  same time, the company will inject a lot of money, and once again  introduced a number of production lines, in the short time,  strive to  make Zhejiang Hua Kai New Materials Co., Ltd. to be the world's fifth  largest PVB manufacturer.
